Private Residence – The Point at Moss Creek


Located just outside of Saratoga Springs in the Moss Creek Subdivision, the house combines classic Adirondack vernacular with cleaner lines and some modern influences. Local builder Alec Stephens teamed with Phinney Design Group to produce a custom home suited to a retiring couple. Careful evaluation of the couple’s current space needs and existing site influences such as views, topography, existing mature trees and access to natural light guided the design and geometry of this cottage style home allowing every square foot to become usable space, while minimizing overall size and related project costs.
