Adirondack Lodging – Wingate by Wyndham


To better serve the many tourists that visit the Upstate New York area, an affordable and upscale option for lodging has arrived. The Phinney Design Group has provided full architectural and site planning design services for the new Adirondack Lodging Wingate by Wyndham in Lake George, New York. The structure will be a custom version of the Wingate by Wyndham’s standard, four story, 94 guest room prototype, with an enhanced design layout that makes it both more efficient and attractive. Not only will the hotel carry the outstanding reputation of the Wingate by Wyndham brand, it will contain modifications to fit within a local vernacular and compliment the recent redevelopment surge in the Lake George region.
