Phinney Design Group is a multi-disciplinary Architecture, Interior Design and Green Building Consulting firm with a focus on sustainable and environmentally sensitive construction methods for both custom residential and commercial design. The firm recently received accolades for the design of the first United States Green Building Council LEED certified project in the Adirondack Park—the Bio-Building at the Wild Center/Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks. From 1998-2001, Mr. Phinney was the Project Architect and Project Designer for the nationally recognized headquarters for New York State Department of Environmental Conservation which achieved status as the first certified green building in New York State.
