As a green building consultant to Field Lines Architecture for the residential complex on 9th Avenue in New York City,  Phinney Design Group developed geometric schemes in combination with energy efficient technologies to provide a unique housing environment. Indoor air quality, day lighting and climate control were the main focus of various techniques such as double-skinned facades, ventilation chimneys, and vegetative filters.
