Working with a highly outdated strip mall with a tight budget and an aggressive schedule, Phinney Design Group (PDG) worked with Bonacio Construction within a design build approach to revitalize an under leased commercial property in Saratoga Springs, NY. Under a fast-tracked approach, PDG worked with the owner and construction manager to expedite approvals while providing renderings and design drawings necessary to re-market the property immediately. This complete exterior facade renovation includes douglas fir post and beam elements, "Corinthian Granite" pilasters, standing seam roofing, fiber cement siding and a new aluminum store front system. This recently renovated, 25 year old, 30,000 SF, store warehouse now houses tenants including: Wolberg Electric, Tarks Indoor Golf Center, Fastenal and Treasures Boutique. Notably, the team effort resulted in the entire facility being leased prior to construction completion, finishing on time and on budget.
