Working with a local developer, the proposed spec house design for this prestigious home was created for the last remaining open lot on renowned North Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Working closely with city planning officials and the developer, a modern, shingle style home was envisioned. Being respectful of the large diversity of historic homes and context on North Broadway, the final design was a proposed 5,500 square foot home and detached carriage house garage. Brought through design development stages, the house now awaits the right owner to make it a reality.
